As many of the community theatre groups are still in the process of developing their skills, they would be grateful for assistance with the following:

• Business management
• Financial management
• Poster and pamphlet design
• NGO governance
• Computer skills
• Website design
• Lighting design

If you are skilled in these areas, and would like to offer your time to work with the groups, please contact the Twist office, or feel free to contact the groups directly.

Funding for the arts is always limited, and there is very small pot for many South Africans to share from.  For this reason, we are constantly looking for new funders and for additional ways to support the community theatre groups.   As well as financial support, in-kind sponsorship is extremely welcome, and the following are required by the groups:

• Computers and modems
• Cellphones and airtime
• Printing services
• Costumes
• Props
• Transport for the groups and audiences
• Refreshments at festivals and public performances
• Venues for performances and for rehearsals

If you are in the business of the above items, we would be delighted to talk with you about a relationship where support of the groups is repaid through invitations to performances, and entertainment for your own company events.
